Jill Blumer

A member of FMHC's management team since 2005, Ms. Blumer is an experienced site development and operations manager with more than 13 years experience across the country. She oversees FMHC's recruiting and hiring for all site development and RF engineering project staff throughout the United States. Ms. Blumer also established FMHC's Best Practices protocol for site development services ensuring clients receive the highest quality services from FMHC employees. Ms. Blumer holds a Masters degree from the University of Wisconsin.
