Shawn Casey

Director of Operations, North Central Region

Mr. Casey has been with FMHC since 2002 and has nearly 12 years of experience in the wireless telecommunications. His start in the industry goes back to the beginning of AT&T Wireless in Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC when AT&T first obtained their wireless carrier licenses after the FCC wireless auctions of 1995. Mr. Casey primarily concentrated on the real estate acquisition and construction of the first cell sites in each of those markets for AT&T to launch their networks in 1996. He later moved to Chicago in 1997 to become a Senior Property Specialist for Sprint PCS as they were in the process of building their initial wireless network. Since that time, Mr. Casey came to FMHC and has managed new cell site development and cell site upgrade projects for AT&T Wireless, Verizon Wireless, Sprint Nextel and Crown Castle. He has also helped create training procedures for FMHC employees specializing in real estate acquisition and public zoning hearings and is currently helping FMHC expand their business throughout the Midwest. Mr. Casey is a graduate of the University of Scranton with a B.S. in Marketing. He is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Illinois and a member of the Illinois State Wireless Association.
