Amy Tester, Director of Operations for the Eastern United States brings more than a decade’s experience in the telecommunications industry to FMHC. Prior to joining FMHC Ms. Tester served as a Program and Project Manager for SBA Network Services in the West Atlantic Region for several years. Ms. Tester also managed both site acquisition and construction aspects of site development for companies including Arcadis Geraghty & Miller and SBA. Ms. Tester holds a Bachelors Degree from North Carolina State University.
