FMHC Corporation, a nationwide provider of site development services to the wireless telecommunications industry, is seeking qualified applicants for a business development position in the Western United States. 

Applicants must have a minimum of five years experience in the wireless telecommunicatons industry - with experience selling site acquisition/construction management services, RF engineering, backhaul, and A&E services.   

Candidates must have wireless telecommunications contacts throughout the Western Region.

Job Purpose:

Expand market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships in the wireless telecommunications industry.  Build on our existing relationships with carriers including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Clearwire, Zayo and Cricket, and forge new relationships with other wireless carriers and service providers.  Well qualified candidates MUST have a thorough understanding of the wireless telecom industry as well as site acquisition (leasing and zoning), construction management, a&e management and RF engineering. 

Duties:

• Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
• Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
• Review and respond to RFPs.
• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer expectations and ensure excellent communications between your customer and our corporate management.
• Protect our organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required. 

Skills/Qualifications:

• Existing contacts with wireless carriers in the Western Region (California, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Washington, Oregon Idaho) is required, and contacts in the Southeast would be beneficial
• Strong interpersonal skills as well as proven prospecting and closing skills
• Understanding of the local wireless community
• Strong written and oral presentation skills
• Professionalism and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

Extensive travel throughout the Western Region may be required.
